  2. Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day using Express Shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the world, with delivery typically occurring between 24 and 48 hours after shipment.
  3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for delivery within the world. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: SIM cards are eligible for return only if they are unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns for SIM cards that have been activated or used.
  2. Return Process: If you wish to return an unopened and unused SIM card, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging and condition.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned SIM card, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective SIM card, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
